situate on scituate

After leaving Denver and before arriving in my new temporary home of Martha's Vineyard I had this wild idea to take a solo road trip through New England. [by day 4 I got tired of myself and had to call in reinforcements so my mom flew in] Oh my goodness is it a beautiful part of the country. I've got loads of pictures which I'm sure will pop up periodically in the next few weeks, but at the moment I'm just posting from my fun day today in Scituate, MA. It's a small little fishing village with terrific boutique shoppes the wonderful fragrance of sea air and a big lighthouse where two women fought off an entire army of soldiers during the War of 1812...or something like that. It was a great day and among other fun adventures the glass of wine served with lunch was just too funny not to photograph.

  1. Um... can we say talented? I love you photos...even the one that gives you a headache. The Blairwitch Project gave many a headache and is considered a great work of film art right?
You are missed by many in Denver, I have no doubt, but I can't tell you how much your blog made me ache for your company. I understand the use of blogs now, thank you very much.
    much love to you

  4. Love your pictures and stories. Sorry we missed you at the reunion. I did not know that we had a photographer in the family! I just want to fly my kids up there so you can take their pictures. You have amazing talent!
